W.E. Entertain will not set up equipment outdoors without proper weather protection. A tent, canopy, or covered structure must be provided by the client. We do not operate in rain, mist, or unsafe weather conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, equipment will be moved indoors or paused until conditions improve.
